Intense release of 
pressure from pressure 
limit valve. 

Faulty pressure control 
resulted in release of 
pressure. 

Send to repair and maintenance

Pressure limit valve did not 
fall into place. 

Carefully rotate/press the 
pressure limit valve to make it fall 
into place.

Food is uncooked. 

Rice: water ratio is incorrect.  Use the required rice: water ratio. 

No electricity from the 
power grid.

Check the electric circuit. 

Steam leakage from 
lid.

The sealing gasket was not 
properly installed

Install the sealing gasket 
properly.

“E0” displayed on 
digital screen.

Temperature sensor 
components in the lid in 
short circuit or open circuit.

Send to repair and maintenance 
department.

“E1” displayed on 
digital screen.

Temperature sensor 
components in the 
temperature sensor cup 
experience short circuit or 
open circuit.

Check first the cooking pot is 
well in the appliance. If E1 error 
code still displayed even with 
the cooking pot inside, then 
send to repair and maintenance 
department.

“E2” displayed on 
digital screen.

The lid is not in the position 
defined for the selected 
cooking mode.

Please refer to the cooking table 
to check the right position of 
the lid for the program you have 
selected.

“E11” displayed on 
digital screen.

The lid is closed but not 
locked, instead of being 
in open position: the 
temperature becomes 
too high for the selected 
program.

Put the lid in vertical position, 
and click on “Cancel” to remove 
the error code. The cooking will 
restart immediately.
