Indicator status

Meaning

On 

Absence mode activated: The water heater is frost-protected (7°C). The 
BOOST function is deactivated. 

On 

Manual mode selected: 
To set the temperature of hot water, touch the buttons until the desired 
level is selected on the Water Drop LEDs (5 levels available).

On 

ECO+ mode activated; the water heater starts reading consumption to 
adapt to the needs of the user and ensure energy savings, whilst 
guaranteeing comfort levels.

The BOOST function is activated by a quick press. Activating the BOOST 
mode sets the heating temperature to the Max level for 1 hour. After the 
heating is done, the appliance will return to the mode that was selected 
before activation of the BOOST mode.

Connectivity 

-  If your appliance as the Wifi picto 

, it can be operated via your smartphone or tablet. 

-  To enable this, the following accessories are required: 
-  An Internet router or hub 

-  The Cozytouch   

    application, compatible with IOS and Android. 

-  After the application is installed, ensure you have the ID and password for your Internet router or hub and open the 

Cozytouch 

application. Follow the step-by-step instructions to create your account and then pair your appliance. 

-  Once the procedure is complete (as stated in the application installation procedure), check the inbox for the email 

account used for registration to activate your user account. You can then log in and access all of our services.  

IMPORTANT

: during the pairing process: 

-  Please ensure your smartphone (or tablet) is left near your water heater 
-  Your product will beep several times (this is completely normal)

: The Wi-Fi signal in the area where your product is installed must be sufficient

7. MAINTENANCE 

- 

Before removing the plastic cover, make sure the power is turned off to avoid any risk of injury or electric shock

. 

The domestic maintenance

  must be done by  the user.  Operate the safety  device every month to  prevent  scaling and 

check that it’s not blocked. Not executing this maintenance may cause damage and the loss of the warranty. 

Maintenance 

by qualified personnel  A: 

Scaling: Remove the scale deposited as mud. Do not scratch or hit the scale sticking to the 

walls to avoid damage to the coating. Do not forget to change the seal and reassemble the appliance, check that there is 
no leakage of water after the first heating. 

B: 

For devices with magnesium anode, change the magnesium anode every 

two years or as soon as its diameter is less than 10mm. 

C:

 The change of a sheathed heating element involves draining 

of the water heater and the change of the seal. Reassemble the heating element, reasonabl y tight nuts (cross tightening), 
check that there is no leakage after the first heating-up, and tighten again if necessary. 

D:

 Drain: Turn off power and cold
