Va c u u m i n g   i n   t h e   b a g

Vacuum the food in a suit able vacuuming bag in order to  
preser ve  the food for longer, to  marinate it or to  prepare 
i t   fo r   s o u s - v i d e   c o o k i n g .

S u i t a b l e   va c u u m i n g   b a g

Use the original vacuuming bags that are enclosed with 
t h e   a p p l i a n c e   o r   c a n   b e   o r d e r e d   a s   a c c e s s o r i e s .   T h e s e  
bags are suit able for a te mperature range of -40 °C –
  1 0 0   ° C .   T h i s   m e a n s   th a t   t h ey   c a n   b e   u s e d   fo r   s to r i n g  
food at low te mperatures and also for cooking the 
vacuum-sealed food that is cont ained in the bags. The 
o p t i m u m   h e a t - s e a l i n g   t i m e   fo r   t h i s   b a g   i s   l eve l   2 .   T h e  
bags are suit able for use in the microwave. Pierce the 
bag before you heat it up in the microwave.

Only use bags that are suit able for vacuuming food. 
Commercially available products are dif fe rent when it 
comes to  the quality of the food, te mperature 
resist ance, material and sur face. Ensure that the bag is 
u s e d   o n l y   fo r   t h e   p u r p o s e   fo r   w h i c h   i t   i s   i n te n d e d .

Raised vacuuming platform

The raised vacuuming platform is 
used as a surface for flat food that 
is to be vacuumed in the con-
tainer. It can be opened. It con-
tains the external vacuuming 
adaptor, the plugs for vacuuming 
bottles, the adaptor for bottle 
plugs and the vacuum hose.

External vacuuming adaptor

The adaptor is attached to the air 
outlet on the vacuuming drawer in 
order to vacuum vacuuming con-
tainers or bottles.

Plug for vacuuming bottles

Plugs for vacuuming bottles are 
attached to bottles so that they 
can be vacuumed and heat-
sealed.

Adaptor for bottle plugs

The adaptor for bottle plugs is 
attached to the bottle caps so that 
they can be connected to the vac-
uum hose.

Vacuum hose

The vacuum hose connects the 
external vacuuming adaptor to the 
vacuuming container or the bottle 
cap.
