Alerts

Menu 3-3

Minute Beep:

With this menu option set to 

ON

, the

phone sounds an alert 10 seconds before
each elapsed minute to remind you of
the length of the current call.

Service Alert:

With this menu option set to 

ON

, the

phone beeps when you exit service area
or when you return to a service area. 

Connect:

You can set your phone to sound the connect
tone when your call is connected to the
system.

Disconnect: 

You can set your phone to sound the
connect tone when a call is disconnected
or dropped.

Alarm

Menu 3-4

The option allows you to set up to three alarm to ring at
a specific time.

Keep in mind that if your phone is off at the alarm set
time, the alarm will not sound.

Note

: In order to the alarm to work, the phone must

be on and obtain the time information from the
service system.

To set the alarm, proceed as follows.

1. Select the desired one of three alarm cell by pressing

or         and then press       .

2. Choose the alarm frequency option, and press       .

Daily

: the alarm rings every day at the same time.

One Time

: the alarm rings only once and is then 

deactivated.

3. Enter the required date and time using the number

keys.

The date setting is unavailable only for a Daily alarm.

Note

: You must enter the time in 24-hour format.

4. Press        to save the alarm setting.

To stop the alarm when it rings, simply open/close the
phone or press any key.

Once you have set an alarm, press        to access the
alarm setting. The following options are available.

Edit

: allows you to change the alarm frequency or time

and date for the alarm.

Release

: removes the alarm setting.

Exit

: exits the alarm menu option.
