During the cooking mode, another short press allows to stop the cooking 
then the product comes back to the standby mode.
We have a short beep associated with the Start, and a long “beep” 
sound associated with the Stop.

 It is also possible to stop the cooking with a short press on cancel 

button.

 If the product is in stand by mode, a long press on the Start/Stop key 

will shut down completely the product, lights and screen will cut out.
If the product is shut off a short press will switch on the product then the 
product is in stand by mode.

7. Reheat function

1.

 You can adjust the reheat time with   and   then press Start .

2.

 The corresponding indicator will light, the applicance enters into a 

cooking preheat and the digital screen display « 

 ». When the preheat 

temperature is reached the countown starts.

8. Opening the lid

 Push the pressure release button to release the pressure

Keep your hands away from the pressure limit valve when releasing 
steam.

 To open lid, take hold of the lid knob, turn it anticlockwise and lift the 

lid

. Open the lid carefully, the steam that will come out may 

be very hot.
