Before using for the first time

7. 

Lift the pan out of the appliance interior.

Remove the packaging material that 

is on the appliance and the accessory 

parts.

Check all parts for completeness.

Caution!

Never operate a damaged appliance!

Thoroughly clean and dry all parts 

before using for the first time.

After cleaning, insert the pan back into 

the appliance interior.

Caution!

Before inserting the pan, check that the 

appliance interior is dry and clean.

13. Insert the lid insert 

Insert the lid insert into the 2 ducts at the 

bottom and press into the lid at the top. 

14. Close the lid

Press the lid down until it clicks 

into place.

15. 

Insert the steam outlet 

Place the steam outlet onto the lid from 

above and press down firmly.

16. 

Connect the supplied mains cable to the 

appliance first and then connect it to the 

socket.

Risk of fire!

After plugging in, always check whether 

a programme is run automatically 

(Auto-Restart function). If an unwanted 

programme starts running, press button 

H

to stop the programme and to enter standby 

mode.
On the control panel, buttons 

B

 and 

G

and all LEDs briefly light up once and a five-

level audible signal sounds. Button 

B

 then 

flashes. The appliance is in standby mode 

and is ready for operation.
