Before installing the m em ory m o dules, please com ply with the following conditions:
1. Please m ake sure tha t the m em ory used is supported by the m otherboard. It is
recom m ended that m em ory of sim ilar capacity, specifications and brand be used.
2. Before installing or rem oving m em ory m odules, please make sure that the computer power
is switched off to prevent hardware d am age.
3. M em ory m odules have a foolproof insertion design. A m em ory m odule can be installed in
only on e direction. If you are unable to ins ert the m odu le, please switch the dir ection.

Installation of Memory
The m otherboard supports DDR II m em ory m odules, whereby BIOS will auto m atically detect m em ory
capacity and specifications. M em ory m odules are designed so that they can be inserted only in one direction.
The m em or y capacity used c an differ with e ach slot.

The DIM M socket has a notch, so the DIM M m em ory m odule can only
fit in one direction. Insert the DIM M m em ory m odule vertically into the
DIM M socket. The n push it down.
