Proofing cycle
Press keys
and repeatedly until the
PROOFING cycle is selected.
Press the key to confirm.

The screen for setting the proofing time, default 2h,
appears (max 24h).
Press the keys to increase or decrease the time by
10 minutes at a time (hold down the keys to increase
or decrease more quickly). Once the desired time is
displayed, press the key to confirm and move to the
next screen.
The screen for setting the proofing temperature, default
26°C, appears. Use the keys to increase or
decrease the temperature (from 10°C to 40°C). Once
the desired temperature is displayed, press the key to
confirm and move to the next screen.
The screen for setting the preparation time appears (max
48h).
Press the keys to increase or decrease the time by
10 minutes at a time (hold down the keys to increase or
decrease more quickly).
Press key to return to the previous selection.
Once the desired time is displayed, press the key to
confirm and start the cycle.
