Special Safety Precautions for this Device
On the product you find the following icon with warnings or
information:
WARNING: Hot surface!
Danger of burns!
During operation the temperature of accessible surfaces can be very
high.
Therefore only touch the appliance on the handle and on the
switches.
WARNING: Risk of scalding!
Hot steam will escape during the grilling process and when opening
the upper grill plate.
CAUTION: Fire hazard!
Oil and fat can burn when overheated. Keep sufficient safe distance
(30 cm) to inflammable objects such as furniture, curtains, etc.
• Place the appliance on a level, water and heat-resistant surface.
The surface should be easy to clean as spattering is unavoidable.
