Before the first use of the appliance
Before using the appliance,
r e m o v e a l l p a c k a g i n g , b o t h
i n s i d e a n d o u t s i d e t h e
a p p l i a n c e , i n c l u d i n g t h e
a d v e r t i s i n g l a b e l s a n d a n y
protective film.
Before cooking for the first time,
c a r e f u l l y w a s h t h e o v e n
accessories.
Before first use, the oven should be
heated without food. During this time, an
unpleasant odour may be emitted. This
is quite normal.
The oven will work only if the
time of day has been set.
1. Set the time of day with the elec-
t r o n i c p r o g r a m m e r ( s e e c h a p t e r
"Electronic programmer").
2. Switch the oven function control
knob to conventional cooking
.
3. Set the thermostat control knob to
MAX.
4. Open a window for ventilation.
5. Allow the oven to run empty for ap-
proximately 45 minutes.
This procedure should be repeated with
the full grill function
and fan cooking
function
for approximately 5-10
minutes.
Once this operation is carried out,
l e t t h e o v e n c o o l d o w n , t h e n
clean the oven cavity with a soft
cloth soaked in warm water to
which a little mild washing-up liq-
uid has been added.
