INSTRUCTION MANUAL 



Switch  the  meat  grinder  on  by  setting  the  switch 
(7) to the position «ON».  



During  the  operation  use  only  the  pusher  (1)  (pic. 
7-8).  

NOTES:  



For better meat processing, slice it in cubes or stripes. Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.  



During  the  operation  use  only  the  pusher  (1)  supplied  with  the  unit;  do  not  use  any  other 
objects, do not push meat with your hands.  



After  you  finish  operating,  switch  the  meat  grinder  off,  setting  the  switch  (7)  to  the  position 
«OFF» and unplug the unit; after that you can disassemble it.  



To remove the meat grinder head (9), press the release button (4), turn the meat grinder head 
(9) clockwise and remove it.  



To  disassemble  the  meat  grinder  head,  unscrew  the  nut  (13)  and  take  out  the  installed  plate 
(12), the blade (11) and the screw (10) from the meat grinder head body.  

MAKING SAUSAGES 



Prepare minced meat.  



Install  the  meat  grinder  head  (9)  in  the  installation 
place (6).  



Install  the  screw  (10)  into  the  meat  grinder  head 
body  (9)  and  then  install  the  cross  blade  (10),  one 
of  the  meshes  (11),  the  plates  (12),  the  crossed 
blade  and  the  sausage  filling  attachment  on  the 
screw (14) (pic. 9-10), then tighten the nut (13).  



Install the food tray (2) (pic.11). 



Put the minced meat on the food tray (2). 



Use  natural  sausage  casing  for  sausage  making,  having  put  it  beforehand  into  a  bowl  with 
warm water for 10 minutes.  



Pull softened casing on the attachment (14) and make a knot on the tip.  



Insert the power plug into the mains socket.  



Switch the meat grinder on by setting the switch (7) to the position «ON» (switched on).  



Use  the  pusher  (1)  (pic.  12)  to  push  down  the  minced  meat;  as  the  casing  is  filled,  slide  it  off 
the attachment (14), and wet it as the casing dries.  



After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off by setting the switch (7) to the position 
«OFF» (off) and unplug the unit; after that you can disassemble it.  



To remove the meat grinder head (9), press the release button (4), turn the meat grinder head 
(9) clockwise and remove it.  



Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the meat grinder head (9).  
 

USING THE «KEBBE» ATTACHMENT 

Kebbe  is  a  traditional  Middle  Eastern  dish  cooked  of  lamb  meat,  wheat  flour  and  spices 

chopped together to prepare the base for hollow rolls. The rolls are filled and deep fried.  
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings. Prepare the casing base.  



Install the meat grinder head (9) in the installation place (6).
