to conirm selection or press (PLAY/PAUSE) once to start play from the
feature which is highlighted on the mENU on TV screen or from the irst
track. Or press number key on the remote control to start play from the
selected chapter/ track number.
6. DVD menu (DVD)
7. Press (+,- Volume) to adjust the volume.
8. Press “mUTE” to mute the sound from both the TV monitor and the
unit.
To stop play
1. Press (stop) key once will pre-stop playback.
2. Playback resumes at the point where it was stopped by pressing (Play)
again.
3. To completely stop playback, press (stop) twice.
4. Open the Disc lid at any point during playback will stop playback com-
pletely.
5. Do not interfere the freewheeling action by touching the disc or the axis
until the disc completely stops spinning.
To pause play
Press (play/pause) during play.
Press (play/pause) again to resume play.
To skip tracks
Press I◀◀ button to move to previous track(s), ▶▶I to skip to next
track(s).
OSD
1. OSD- refers to On-Screen Display
2. Press OSD the following information will be displayed on TV screen: Disc
type, track NO. and total number of tracks
chapter, track & time search
1. Press search, the Title, chapter and Time is display on the TV screen.
2. Highlight the item that you wish to search by moving left or right of the
cursor key, key in the desired title, chapter number or a point of elapse
time. You must press the time in this format: HH:mm:SS, e.g. One hour
thirteen minute and 10 second is 01:13:10, press “ENTER” PRE/ENT” key
to start playback the selection you search for.
Note: Greater number of title, chapter or time that are beyond the limit of
the disc is considered as invalid and thus will not be displayed when
number key is pressed.
Playback control (for Video cDs)
PBc Playback control refers to control codes prerecorded on Video cDs.
During playback of Video cD with PBc, “PBc” appears on the display.
Review/ Fast Forward
1. Press ◀◀ to review tracks at 2 times to 20 times of the normal speed.
2. Press ▶▶ to fast forward track at 2 to 20 times of the normal speed.
