Microwave oven does not work 

properly:

is the oven plugged into the 

main socket correctly?

Â

is  the  door  closed  completely? 

It  should  make  a  distinct  “click”  sound 

when it is closed.

Â

is  there  any  foreign  objects 

between the door and the front part of 

the microwave chamber?

Â

Foodstuff is not heated up or it 

is, but very slowly:

Â

did you use metal ovenware?

Â

did you select the right operating 

time and power level?

Â

perhaps, you put the foodstuff of 

a  bigger  size  into  your  oven  or  it  was 

originally overcooled.

Foodstuff is overheated, overroasted 

or burnt:

Â

did you select the right operating 

time and power level?

There is a strange sound during 

oven operation:

Â

is electric arc generating in the 

oven?

Â

is ovenware contacting 

microwave chamber walls?

Â

is  there  any  loose  tableware  or 

kitchenware in the oven?

Internal lighting does not work:

Â

if  all  functions  work  properly, 

then, perhaps, it is a burnt-out lamp. You 

can continue using your oven.

Â

faulty lamp should be replaced at 

the Technical Service Center only. 

Â

Power cable is damaged power

Â

cable  must  be  replaced  by 

Manufacturer,  authorized  agents  or 

specialists being qualifi ed for execution 

of  these  works,  to  avoid  hazardous 

situations and taking into account 

availability of special tools.

Upon  detection  of  any  failures, 

contact Customer Service Center. 

All repair works shall be carried out by 

the qualifi ed personnel.
