AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE

Washing machine does not collect 
water.

1. Open the pump filter.
2. Check the water pressure.
3. Reconnect the water supply hose.
4. Close the washing machine door.
5. Check and make sure that the hose is not twisted or pinched.

Washing machine draws and drains 
water at the same time.

Check and make sure that the end of the drain hose is located above 100-
125 cm from the floor level.

The door lock is faulty.

Check that the clothes are not stuck between the drum and the door. 
Remove the interference. Close the door tightly. Contact the service 
center if necessary.

The heating element is faulty.

Close the water tap, disconnect the machine from electricity and water 
supply. Contact the service center.

Water overflows.

The drum does not rotate.

Vibration in the washing machine.

Check and make sure that all the transport bolts are removed.

Adjust the position of the washing machine level in different planes.

There is a large amount of foam 
through the compartments for 
washing powder.

Reduce the dose of detergent.

Check the water hardness, as well as the amount and type of detergent 
used. 

Interrupting the washing process 
until the end of the program.

Check the supply voltage, water supply, and water drain.

The washing machine is equipped with an automatic water top-up system.

The suspension is caused by the removal of excess foam.

 ATTENTION! Troubleshooting that is not spelled out in this manual can only 

be carried out by a qualified specialist.

In case of malfunctions that are not specified in this manual, you should immediately 

contact  an  authorized  service  center,  specifying  the  type  of  problem  and  the  model  of 
your  washing  machine.  Only  original  spare  parts  can  be  used  for  repairs.  Unqualified 
repair removes the device from warranty service.
