Communi cati ons Commi ssi ons (FCC)
adopted RF exposure gui del i nes w i th 
safety levels for handheld mobile phones.
Those gui del i nes are consi stent w i th the
safety standards set by both U .S and 
i nternati onal  standard bodi es:

Those standards w ere based on com-
prehensi ve and peri odi c eval uati ons of
the rel evant sci enti fi c l i te-rature. For 
exampl e, over 120 sci enti sts, engi neers,
and physicians from universities, govern-
ment heal th agenci es, and i ndustry 
revi ew ed the avai l abl e body of research
to devel op the AN SI Standard (C95.1).
