Сборка челночного механизма

Как разобрать челночный механизм

Поднимите иглу в верхнее положение и откройте крышку 
челночного отсека.
Поднимите язычок шпульного колпачка и выньте его 
из машины. 
Откройте держатели челночного механизма и достаньте 
удерживаемое кольцо. 
Вытащите стержень.

•  Щёточкой и мягкой салфеткой очистите челночный 

механизм.

Как собрать челночный механизм

Удерживая стержень, осторожно наденьте его на основу 
челночного механизма, образуя чёткий круг с 
направителем. 
Наденьте кольцо. Проверьте, чтобы выступ зашёл в паз. 
Закрепите кольцо, вернув держатели челночного 
механизма в первоначальное положение. 
Вставьте шпульный колпачок.

Чистка нижнего транспортёра ткани

Снимите иглу и прижимную лапку.
Уберите винт игольной пластины и снимите саму пластину.

Щёточкой удалите пыль и остатки ткани с транспортёра.
Установите игольную пластину.

Cleaning the Bobbin Case and the Hook

To dismantle shuttle race unit:

Raise the needle to its highest position and open 

the hook cover.

Open the hinged latch of bobbin case and take it 

out of the machine.

Open the hook race ring holders and remove the 

shuttle race ring.

Remove the hook.
* Clean the hook race with a brush and a soft  

  dry cloth.

To assemble shuttle race unit:

Hold the shuttle by the center pin and fit it 

carefully back into the shuttle race, forming a 

perfect circle with the shuttle driver.

Attach the shuttle race ring making sure the 

bottom pin fits into the notch.

Lock the shuttle race ring by turning the holders 

back into position. Insert the bobbin case.

Cleaning the Feed Dog

Remove the needle and the presser foot.

Remove the needle plate setscrew and remove 

the needle plate.

With a brush, clean out any dust and lint clogging 

the feed dog teeth.

Reset the needle plate.

CAUTION:

Turn off the power switch and/or unplug the 

machine before cleaning the feed dog.
