2 The vacuum cleaner 

gives alarms, periodical-

ly switches on and off.

It is possible that foreign objects 

(wires, threads, hanging curtains, 

etc.) have been wound onto the 

driving wheels of the vacuum 

cleaner.

Remove the foreign objects from the 

driving wheels and from the floor.

3 The vacuum cleaner fin-

ishes cleaning ahead of 

time and spontaneously 

returns to the charging 

station.

If the battery charge is too low for 

the room cleaning, the vacuum 

cleaner automatically return to 

the charging station.

It is normal. 

Do not interfere with the vacuum clean-

er operation.

The operation time of the vacuum 

cleaner depends on the cleaning 

area, floor surface, room configu-

ration and the selected cleaning

5 The vacuum cleaner 

doesn‘t see obstacles

Anti-drop sensors are dirty.

Turn the vacuum cleaner over and wipe 

the anti-drop sensors.

The sensors on the front bumper 

are dirty.

Wipe the front bumper.

6 The vacuum cleaner 

doesn‘t respond to the 

remote control.

The batteries in the remote con-

trol are discharged and have to be 

replaced.

Remove the old batteries and install 

new ones strictly following the polarity.

The vacuum cleaner is switched 

off or the battery is discharged.

Make sure that the battery is fully 

charged and the vacuum cleaner is 

switched on.

If the methods above do not solve the problem, perform the following actions:

1. 

Switch the power switch off and restart the vacuum cleaner;

2. 

If you cannot solve the problem after restarting the robot, apply to the customer support.
