Beforeusingyourdishwasherfortheirsttime:

1. Setthewatersoftener.

2. Pour1/2literofwaterinsidethesaltcontainerandthenillwithdishwashersalt.

3. Filltherinseaiddispenser.

4. Fillindetergent.

Thewatersoftenermustbesetmanually,usingthewaterhardnessdial.

Thewatersoftenerisdesignedtoremovemineralsandsaltsfromthewater,which

wouldhaveadetrimentaloradverseeffectontheoperationoftheappliance.The

higherthecontentofthesemineralsandsalts,theharderyourwateris.Thesoftener

shouldbeadjustedaccordingtothehardnessofthewaterinyourarea.Yourlocal

WaterAuthoritycanadviseyouonthehardnessofthewaterinyourarea.

 Pleasefollowthestepsbelowforadjustmentinsaltconsumption.

1. Unscrewthecapfromthesaltcontainer.

2. Thereisaringonthecontainerwithanarrowonit(seeigureontheside),if

necessary,rotatetheringintheanti-clockwisedirectionfromthe“-”Setting

towardthe“+”sign,basedonthehardnessofthewaterbeingused.

 It is recommended that adjustments should be made in accordance with
