On the bottom door: Lift the stopper

 Fig. 10 (70) out of the

door bearing bush and transfer it.

On  both  doors:  Detach  door  handle

  Fig.  10  (72),  stopper

Fig. 10 (73) and pressure plates Fig. 10 (74) and transfer to

the opposite side.

When fitting the pressure plates on the opposite side, make

sure they snap properly into place.*

4.3.7 Fitting the lower door

Place the door from above onto the bearing pin

Close the door.

u

Place  the  plastic  cap

  Fig.  7  (40)  back  on  the  middle  turn

hinge

Pass  the  middle  bearing  pin

4.3.8 Transferring the cable connection (upper

door)

Using  a  screwdriver,  disengage  the  cover

the door.

Detach the connector

On  the  upper  door,  rotate  the  turn  hinge

outwards, parallel to the edge of the door.

Use the template.

Detach  the  supplied  template

  Fig.  12  (61)  from  the  turn

hinge  and  use  it  to  prevent  the  turn  hinge

  Fig.  12  (23)  and

bush from turning.

Using  a  screwdriver,  push  out  the  turn

hinge

  Fig.  11  (23)  from  underneath  and

remove  it  from  the  door,  complete  with

cable.

Using  a  screwdriver,  push  out  the  stopper

Fig. 11 (62) from underneath and transfer it

to the opposite side.

u

Thread  in  the  cable  of  the  turn  hinge

  Fig.  11  (23)  on  the

opposite side and insert the turn hinge.

u

Detach  the  template

  Fig.  11  (61)  and  secure  it  in  the  turn

hinge.

u

Plug in the connector

 Fig. 11 (60).

u

Lay the cable in the guide.

u

Snap the cover

 Fig. 11 (63) into place on the door.

4.3.9 Fitting the upper door

u

Place  the  upper  door  on  the  middle  bearing  pin

  Fig.  7  (41),

close the door and attach the upper turn hinge

 Fig. 6 (23) so

that it engages in the upper side of the appliance.

u

Screw  theturn  hinge

  Fig.  6  (23)firmly  into  place  (with

4  Nm).  Possibly  make  preliminary  holes  with  a  bradawl  or

use a cordless screwdriver.

u

Snap cover

 Fig. 6 (20) and cover Fig. 6 (21) into place.

u

Plug in the connector

 Fig. 4 (12) again.

u

Lay the cable in the guide.

u

Attach the cover

 Fig. 4 (10) again.

u

Turn  the  cover

  Fig.  5  (6)  through  180°,  attach  it  from  the

outside to the handle side and snap it into place.

4.3.10 Aligning the doors

u

Possibly  align  the  door  to  the  appliance  housing  by  way  of

the  two  slots  in  the  lower  turn  hinge

the bottom turn hinge

WARNING

Risk of injury due to the door dropping out!

If  the  bearing  parts  are  not  screwed  into  place  firmly  enough,

the  door  may  drop  out.  This  may  lead  to  severe  injuries.  What

is  more,  the  door  may  not  close  and  therefore  the  appliance

may fail to cool properly.

u

Screw the turn hinges firmly into place with 4 Nm.

u

Check all of the screws and retighten if necessary.
