WARRANTY REPAIRS ARE NOT CARRIED OUT  

IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

•  if the product was used for purposes that do not correspond to its intended 

purpose;

•  if the malfunction was caused by careless operation, improper transportation or 

storage conditions, as a result of which the product received mechanical damage;

• 

if the failure occurred as a result of natural wear of components;

•  if there are damages caused by the penetration of foreign objects, liquids, etc. 

into the product.;

•  if there is evidence of self-opening of the product or its repair outside the warranty 

service center;

•  in case of malfunctions caused by overload, resulting in deformation or failure of 

internal mechanisms, as well as due to surges or mismatch of the mains voltage;

•  if there has been natural wear of the outer coating, plastic and metal parts and 

other materials that are not involved in the direct mechanical operation of the 

product.

The cost of repair is paid by the buyer if:

• 

the warranty period has expired;

• 

the warranty does not apply to this type of malfunction;

•  an examination is required to determine the type of breakdown, as a result of which 

it is proved that the warranty does not apply to this type of malfunction.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the list of authorized service centers 

without prior notice, including changes to addresses and existing phone numbers.
