1. The chosen program.
2. The operation time for each program
Start/stop
Use the button to start or stop the baking program.
To start a program, press
“
START/STOP
” button and hold it for approx. 3 seconds. You will hear a
short beep and the two dots in the time display will begin to flash. After the program starts, only
START/STOP, LIGHT, PAUSE and CYCLE+COLOR
buttons remain active. To stop the program,
press
“
START/STOP
” button and hold it for approx. 3 seconds, then you will hear a beep, which
means the program has been stopped.
Menu
It is used to set different programs. Every time you press "
MENU
" button, the program will change
(followed by a short beep). Press the button continuously and the 12 menus appear on the LCD
display. Select your desired program. The functions of 12 menus are explained below.
1. Basic
: kneading, rising and baking normal bread. You may also add ingredients to increase
flavour.
2. Whole wheat
: kneading, rising and baking whole wheat bread. It is not recommended to use the
delay function as this can produce poor results.
3. French
: kneading, rising and baking with a longer rising time. The bread baked in this menu will
have a crisper crust.
4. Quick
: kneading, rising and baking loaf within less time. Bread baked on this setting is usually
smaller.
5. Sweet
: kneading, rising and baking a sweet bread. You may add ingredients to add flavour.
6. Cake
: kneading, rising and baking, rising with soda or baking powder.
7.
Jam
: cooking jams and marmalades. Fruit or vegetables must be chopped before putting it into
the baking pan.
8. Dough
: kneading and rising, but without baking. Remove the dough and make bread rolls, pizza,
steamed bread, etc
…
9. Ultra-fast
: kneading, rising and baking loaf in a short time. The result is a dense texture.

Bake
: only baking, no kneading and rising. Also used to increase the baking time on selected
settings.
11. Dessert:
kneading, rising and baking dessert.

Home made
: this program allows you to set programs manually (kneading, rising, baking, keep
warm).
