Settings knob
Setting the time of day
To set the time of day, push and turn the
settings knob counterclockwise, until the
clock hands are in the necessary position.
After you set the time, let the settings knob
move to its initial position or carefully pull
back.
Normal setting
In this position you operate the appliance
manually. The End of cooking programmer
is off.

Deactivating the acoustic signal
In this position there is no acoustic signal
after the appliance deactivates.

End of cooking programmer
Use it to set the automatic switch-off time
for an oven function.
Use it only for food which you do not
have to mix or monitor during the
cooking procedure.
1. Set an oven function and the tempera-
ture.
2. Turn settings knob counterclockwise,
until the necessary switch-off time (in
minutes) shows in the window of the di-
al. The countdown starts.
3. After the time period is completed, a
signal sounds. The appliance deacti-
vates.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Cooling fan
When the appliance operates, the cooling
fan switches on automatically to keep the
surfaces of the appliance cool. If you switch
off the appliance, the cooling fan continues
to operate until the appliance cools down.
Safety thermostat
To prevent dangerous overheating (due to
incorrect use of the appliance or defective
components), the oven has a safety ther-
mostat, which interrupts the power supply.
The oven switches back on again automati-
cally, when the temperature drops.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
• The appliance has four shelf levels. Count
the shelf levels from the bottom of the
appliance floor.
• The appliance has a special system
which circulates the air and constantly re-
