Before making any adjustments, disconnect the
appliance from the mains.
After an adjustment or pre-adjustment is
completed, the technician must restore lead seals.
Burners of our manufacture do not require an
adjustment of primary air.
9) VALVES
“Minimum” position adjustment
- Switch the burner on and set the control knob into
“minimum” position (weak flame, Fig. 1).
- Remove control knob M (Fig. 12-12/A) positioned on
the valve rod.
- Minimum supply adjustment point is either on the
side of valve (Fig. 12) or in the lower part of the band.
In any case, adjustment is done by inserting small-
size screwdriver D into the hole near the valve (Fig.
12) or into hole C inside the gas supply valve (Fig.
12/A).
- Turn the screwdriver to the right or to the left of
adjustment point to set the flame for limited supply
position.
These adjustment instructions apply only for
burners installed in G20. For burners installed on
G30 or G31, it is necessary to completely loosen
the screw (clockwise).
Valve lubrication
If it is not possible to turn a
valve, do not apply force.
