Pulp is very wet
• At the beginning of juicing, the pulp can be wet.
• The recovered pulp can be wet if you are using stale ingredients.
• Before juicing ingredients stored in the refrigerator for a long time, put them in clean drink

ing water for 1-2 hours .
Cup vibration
• A small vibration of juice cup is allowed during operation. It is not considered a malfunction.
The device
has stopped
working
• Make sure the amount of fruit and vegetables is not too large and the motor is not over
-
loaded.
•
Make sure all the large seeds were removed from the fruit.
• Turn off the device and switch it on REV (Reverse) mode for 2-3 seconds. Turn on the
device again.
Cup’s lid
doesn’t open
properly
• When juicing finishes, switch the device on REV (reverse) mode for 2-5 seconds for easier
disassembly and use more power to rotate the lid counterclockwise.
During the
operation of
the device the
pressure screw
stops abruptly
• First, turn the device off by placing the key switch to the neutral position. Then turn the key
to down position REV and hold for 2-3 seconds. to remove the ingredients that are blocking
the pressure screw. After that, turn on the device. In case this does not work, unplug the
device, disassemble and clean it.
