2. The connection

was successful, the 
device appeared in 

the list of devices in 

the application,  but its 

control is not 

available.

Make sure your phone reconnects to the 

WiFi network. To do this, open the WiFi 

settings section of the phone and, if 

necessary, manually connect to your WiFi 

network.

3. The device was

successfully 

connected, but 

unexpectedly stopped 

responding to 

commands from the 

application.

Go to the device page and click on the

asterisk in the upper right corner. Next, in the 

Connection Diagnostics section, read the 

diagnostic diagram. Click on the exclamation 

mark next to the red section of the network 

and follow the instructions of the online 

assistant.

STORAGE
Electric devices shall be stored in a dry and clean room at an ambient temperature of up to 40ºC under relative
humidity of 70% provided the absence of any ambient dust, acidic or other fumes which can adversely
