sure that the drainage pipes are of a
suitable size to allow the water to drain
properly.
• If it is not possible to connect the
appliance permanently to a drainage
system, it is recommended to seal the
drain outlet with a removable cover.

keep a minimum distance of 25 mm
between the end of the pipe and the
drainage zone.

If you cook mainly fatty foods, to
avoid build up and blockages in
the piping, DO NOT install the
syphon and discharge the waste
water directly into a drainage gate
(Figure

located away from the oven to
prevent the infiltration of odours.
