Pour liquid into the pot (no more than maximum on the scale). Press button «Подогрев/Отмена» and cooking process will start. Follow our below instructions:

500 ml / 1 hour 5 minutes

1000 ml / 1 hour 10 minutes
-
1500 ml / 1 hour 15 minutes
To stop or cancel the process press the button «Подогрев/Отмена». When pasteurization is over cool the product and save in cool place.
JAM
Please use program «Томление» (Slow stew) for cooking jam. Program works with no pressure (pressure limiting valve should be open). Place all ingredients into the pot according to a recipe. Close the lid.
Set pressure limiting valve into position «ОТКРЫТО» (Open). Press the button «Томление» (Slow stew). Set required time using buttons «+» and «-». Cook till the end of program.
STERILIZATION
There are two ways of sterilization using our multicooker: immersed and steamed.
Please use immersed way for jars and big objects:
Fill the jars with water and place them into the pot. Pour water into the pot to reach jars necks. Close the lid. Set pressure limiting valve into position «ЗАКРЫТО» (Closed). Press button «Пароварка» (Steam)
and set the time 10 minutes. Sterilize till the end of program. Set pressure limiting valve into position «ОТКРЫТО» (Open).
Use steamed way for small objects:
Place objects on the steamer. Pour 500 ml of water into the pot. Place steamer into the multicooker. Close the lid. Set pressure limiting valve into position «ЗАКРЫТО» (Closed). Press button «Пароварка»
(Steam) and set time 10 minutes. Sterilize till the end of program. Set pressure limiting valve into position «ОТКРЫТО» (Open).

Add products and/or water

Sealed circle of float valve is damaged
Clean the sealed circle of float valve or contact service center
