Press button «Высокое давление» (High pressure) for cooking with high pressure. 



The multicooker will start cooking in several second after setting finish. The indication of choosen program will light. 



When pressure inside the appliance reaches necessary for cooking, you’ll hear some steam going through the pressure limiting valve. Float valve will rise and steam exit will stop. From this moment the 
pressure inside the pot will be rising. When pressure reaches working pressure, time countdown will start and you will see countdown on the display. 

Note

: Pressure cooking is not used in programs «Жарка» (Fry) and «Томление» (Slow Stew), and in functions «Подогрев» (Keep warm) and «Отсрочка» (Delay). 



When cooking is over, you will hear sound signal and «Подогрев» (Keep warm) function will start working. To switch off keep warm press the button «Подогрев/Отмена». 

Note

: «Подогрев» (Keep warm) function is not available in program «Жарка» (Fry). 



If dish is not ready, press button of «Шеф» (Chef) program. Preset time for this program is 2 minutes. You could change it using buttons «+» and «-». Time range is 1-99 minutes. 

Note:

Program «Шеф» (Chef) has normal pressure. Pressure selection is not available in this program.

Program «Шеф» (Chef) is not available after programs «Жарка» (Fry) and «Томление» (Slow Stew), and in functions «Подогрев» (Keep warm), «Отсрочка» (Delay) and «Разогрев» (Warm 

up). 



When cooking is over unplug the appliance. Lower pressure inside the pot. Turn pressure limiting valve into position ―ОТКРЫТО‖ (open). Hot steam will go out and pressure inside will become lower. 

Caution: Be really careful – steam is extremely hot! When pressure inside the multicooker become lower and there will be no outgoing steam from steam release opening, and float valve will go 
down to the lowest position. Then open the lid. Never open the lid by force. 
Note: 

If you unplug the multicooker after cooking program finish and wait for some time, then meal inside the multicooker will cool and pressure will go down. When you turn the pressure limiting valve into 

position ―ОТКРЫТО‖ (open), amount of steam will be less. 

PRESSURE LIMITING VALVE 

The multicooker is equipped with pressure limiting valve, which is located on the lid. Thanks to it you could use the device with pressure or without pressure (atmosphere pressure). 

POSITION ―ЗАКРЫТО‖ (CLOSED)

: turn the valve into position ―ЗАКРЫТО‖ (Closed). There will be pressure inside the multicooker. 

There is a function of pressure selection in the multicooker. It is available in programs «Тушение» (Stew), «Пароварка» (Steam), «Выпечка» (Cake), «Запекание» (Bake), «Копченая рыба» (Smoked fish), 

«Суп» (Soup), «Молочная каша» (Milk porridge), «Студень» (Galantine), «Плов/Рис» (Pilaw/Rice), «Буженина» (Baked ham). You could choose ideal pressure for cooking in those programs:

 high

 (60-70 

kPa), 

normal

 (50-60 kPa) or 

low

 (35-50 kPa). 

Normal pressure is preset automatically. To change it:

Press button «Низкое давление» (Low pressure) for cooking with low pressure. 

-

Press button «Высокое давление» (High pressure) for cooking with high pressure. 

Pressure choice depends on recipe, type of product and cooking time. When cooking is over, turn pressure limiting valve into position ―ОТКРЫТО‖ (open). 

POSITION ―ОТКРЫТО‖ (OPEN

): pressure limiting valve is in position ―ОТКРЫТО‖ (Open). There is no pressure inside the multicooker. Atmosphere pressure is being kept. This position is used in programs 

―Жарка‖ (Fry) and ―Томление‖ (Slow stew). 

FUNCTIONS 

DELAY (ОТСРОЧКА) 

Use this function to delay cooking process start. Delay function time range is from 30 minutes to 24 hours. 



Press button ―ОТСРОЧКА‖ (Delay). Using buttons 

―+‖

 and 

―-‖

 set necessary start delay time. Indication of function ―ОТСРОЧКА‖ (Delay) will light.
