Important:

– 

It is important that milk for making foam is fresh 
and without additives, is not so-called long stor-
age milk.

– 

Use regular whole milk with fat content from 4% 
to 6%, the cream fat content should be not less 
than 10%.

– 

Clean  the  cappuccinator  pipe  (4)  and  its  tip  (5) 
right after milk or cream frothing - to do this, put 
the  cappuccinator  pipe  (4)  with  the  tip  (5)  into 
a glass of water, switch the steam supply on by 
setting the steam supply knob (3) to the position 
«+», and after that switch the steam supply off by 
setting the steam supply knob (3) to the position 
«OFF» and switch the coffee maker off.

Wait  until  the  coffee  maker  cools  down  and 
remove  the  tip  (5)  from  the  cappuccinator 
pipe  (4),  wipe  the  cappuccinator  pipe  (4)  with 
a  soft  damp  cloth  and  wash  the  tip  (5)  under  a 
water jet.

WARMING THE DRINKS

You can warm up your drinks by putting the cappuc-
cinator pipe (4) with the tip (5) into the cup.

Switch  the  coffee  maker  on,  press  the  button 
(10)« »  and  wait  until  the  boiler  heats  up  (the 
light indicator will glow constantly).

•

Immerse the cappuccinator pipe (4) with the tip (5) 
into the cup with the drink you want to warm up.

•

Slowly  turn  the  steam  supply  control  knob  (3) 
counterclockwise and fully open the steam sup-
ply.

•

When the drink gets up to the required tempera-
ture,  switch  the  steam  supply  off  by  setting  the 
control knob (3) to the position «OFF».

•

Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the but-
ton (13) « ».

•

Switch  the  steam  supply  mode  off  by  pressing 
the button (10) « » again.

•

Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the but-
ton (9) « ».

HOW TO MAKE A GOOD ESPRESSO

– 

Use  fresh  ground  coffee  for  «espresso»  coffee 
makers.

– 

Slightly  tamp  the  ground  coffee  in  the  filter  
(12 or 13), you can do it with the back side of the 
measuring spoon (17).

– 

Coffee  strength  depends  on  the  quality  and 
grinding  degree  of  coffee  beans.  If  coffee  is 
pouring out too long, this means the coffee pow-
der is too fine or it is tamped too strongly.

DESCALING

For effective operation of the coffee maker we rec-
ommend  removing  scale  every  2-3  months  and 
more often when using «hard» water.

1. 

Make citric acid solution: 2 teaspoons of acid to 
1 litre of water.

2. 

Fill the water tank (2) with the solution. Install the 
water tank (2) to its place.

3. 

Insert  the  coffee  filter  (15  or  16)  into  the 
holder (7).

4. 

Install the filter holder (7) into the coffee maker. 
The  filter  holder  (7)  ledges  should  match  the 
groves  on  the  boiler,  after  that  turn  the  filter 
holder  (7)  handle  to  the  utmost  right  position 
«LOCK».

5. 

Place a suitable cup on the tray grid (6).

Insert the power plug into the socket.

7. 

Switch the coffee maker on by pressing the but-
ton (9) « ». 

8. 

Wait until the light indicator glows constantly.

9. 

Press the button (11) «

» and fill a cup of about 

100  ml  capacity  with  water  (it  is  necessary  to 
drain the water from the boiler and fill the boiler 
with citric acid solution), switch the water supply 
off by pressing the button (11) «

» again.

10. 

Remove  the  tip  (5)  from  the  cappuccinator 
pipe (4) and put a suitable bowl under the pipe (4).
Press  the  button  (10)  « »  and  wait  until  the 
boiler heats up (the light indicator will glow con-
stantly).  Slowly  turn  the  steam  supply  control 
knob (3) counterclockwise and switch the steam 
supply  on  for  10-15  seconds.  Turn  the  steam 
supply off by setting the control knob (3) to the 
position «OFF». 

11. 

Repeat  the  procedure  described  in  steps 
7-10  not  less  than  3  times.  Switch  the  coffee 
maker  off  by  pressing  the  button  (9)  « ».  Wait 
for 10-15 minutes.

12. 

Switch the coffee maker on by pressing the but-
ton (9) « ».

13. 

Wait until the light indicator glows constantly.

14. 

W ith small intervals, repeat the boiler cleaning 
procedure (clause 9) until the citric acid solu-
tion dissolves in the water tank completely.

15. 

Fill the water tank (2) with clear water and repeat 
the  clauses  7-10  not  less  than  3  times  without 
the 10-15 minute break.

16. 

Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the but-
ton (9) « ».

Note: -

 to remove the scale you can use special des-

caling agents for coffee makers and coffee machines, 
strictly following the instructions on their usage.
