– 

When the coffee maker is ready for operation, 
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7) 
will glow constantly.

– 

To switch the cleaning mode on press the but-
ton (7) «Cappuccinо» twice.

– 

After  cleaning  is  finished,  all  the  light  indica-
tors of the control buttons will light up.

– 

After  you  finish  cleaning  the  coffee  maker, 
switch  the  coffee  maker  off  by  setting  the 
switch (8) to the position «0».

– 

Pour the water out of the cup, remove the milk 
container  (15)  -  take  the  container  (15),  pull 
it  towards  yourself  and  remove.  Remove  the 
cappuccinator  (11)  from  the  container  (15), 
pour  the  remaining  water  from  the  container 
(15).  Slightly  lift  the  front  part  of  the  tray  (1) 
and  remove  it,  pour  the  water  out  of  it  and 
install the tray (1) back to its place.

– 

Turn  the  filter  holder  handle  (4)  to  the  left 
and  remove  it  (pic.  2).  Wait  until  the  fil-
ter  holder  (17)  cools  down  completely  and 
remove  the  installed  filter  (18  or  19)  turn-
ing  it  counter/clockwise  (pic.  1).  Wash  the 
filter  (18  or  19)  and  install  it  into  the  filter 
holder (17).

– 

If necessary, perform the cleaning of the boiler 
and the cappuccinator (11) several times.

– 

After  the  cleaning  the  coffee  maker  is  ready 
for operation.

CHOOSING THE APPROPRIATE CUP

HOW TO MAKE A GOOD ESPRESSO

– 

We  recommend  to  use  fresh-ground  coffee 
beans  or  ground  coffee  for  «espresso»  cof-
fee makers.

– 

Make  even  and  slightly  tamp  the  ground  cof-
fee in the filter (18 or 19), you can do it with the 
back side of the measuring spoon (20).

– 

Coffee  strength  will  depend  on  the  roasting 
quality and grinding degree of coffee beans. 

– 

If  coffee  is  pouring  out  too  long,  this  means 
the  coffee  powder  is  too  fine  or  it  is  tamped 
too  strongly;  in  this  case  use  coarse-ground 
coffee  or  coffee  for  «espresso»  coffee  mak-
ers  and  choose  the  tamping  degree  experi-
mentally.

MAKING ESPRESSO
AT TENTION!

Do not remove the filter holder (17) during the 
unit operation.
Do  not  remove  the  filter  holder  (17)  immedi-
ately  after  making  coffee  as  there  is  redun-
dant pressure inside the filter, wait for some 
time before removing the filter holder (17).

– 

Remove the lid (9), remove the water tank (10).

– 

Fill the tank (10) with cold water, do not exceed 
the  maximal  level  mark,  install  the  tank  (10) 
back to its place.

– 

Install  one  of  the  coffee  filters  (18  or  19), 
depending on the amount of ready coffee, into 
the filter holder (17) matching the ledge on the 
filter (18 or 19) with the hole on the holder (17) 
and  turn  the  filter  (18  or  19)  counter/clock-
wise (pic. 1).

– 

Add the required amount of ground coffee into 
the  filter  (18  or  19)  with  a  measuring  spoon 
(20)  and  slightly  tamp  the  coffee  in  the  filter 
(18 or 19) with the back side of the measuring 
spoon (20) (pic. 3). 

– 

Install the filter holder (17) into the installation 
place  «

»  and  turn  the  knob  (4)  to  the  right 

until bumping «

» (pic. 2).

– 

Place a cup of suitable height on the grid (2); 
if you use small cups, take the pullout tray (3) 
by  the  lower  part  and  pull  it  towards  yourself, 
place the cup on it (pic. 4).

– 

Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

– 

Switch  the  coffee  maker  on  by  setting  the 
power  switch  (8)  «0/I»  to  the  position  «I»,  the 
operating mode buttons (5, 6, 7) indicators will 
light up and start flashing.

– 

When the coffee maker is ready for operation, 
the light indicators of control buttons (5, 6, 7) 
will glow constantly.

– 

To make one cup of espresso use a small filter 
and press the button (6) «Espresso» once; the 
light indicator «

» will light up.

– 

To make two cups of espresso use a big filter 
and press the button (6) «Espresso» twice; the 
light indicator «

» will light up. In this case set 

one big or two small cups on the grid (2 or 3).

Notes: 

– 

if you need to switch the coffee maker off dur-
ing the espresso making, press the button (6) 
«Espresso» again;

– 

successive  making  of  coffee  should  be  per-
formed with 2-3 min intervals.

– 

Remove the cup with ready drink from the grid 
(2 or 3).
