WARRANTY

This warranty is for all models of the instruments ADA Instruments. Warranty period for the instrument exploitation is 12 months after 
the date of original retail purchase. Product liability claims are accepted in condition that detected defects and complaints are claimed during 
warranty period that is fixed for the goods. To get warranty maintenance the instrument is provided into the service center: 
- in full complete set;
- with warranty card
- with fuel remains in the fuel tank no less than 100 ml
If not meeting these requirements service center has the right to refuse warranty maintenance.

WARRANTY DOESN’T EXTEND TO FOLLOWING CASES:

- instrument, that was used with abuse of operating instructions. Also if you used wear parts (oils, spark plugs, filters, straps)   that are not recom-
mended by the factory. Instrument that was repaired unqualified specialist or it was disassemble during warranty period;
- instrument that have damages, defects as a result of external mechanical, thermal, chemical influences, careless maintenance, improper storage, act of God;
- defects that are not depended on the producer: usage of fuel, oil, mixtures that are unacceptable by state standards of  quality. Voltage drops;
instrument that has damages because of getting inside outside objects, liquids, blockage of air vent holes, fuel and oil canals;
- natural tool wear (big internal and external contamination);
- instrument that was operated with overload (long-term operation at maximum speed);
- damages that occurred as a result of operation with unrepaired defects or/and defects that occurred as a result of technical maintenance, repair 
or changes by people or organizations that wield appropriate credentials;
- periodic maintenance (adjustment, cleaning, changes of filters and so on);
- if the standard or serial product number will be changed, erased, removed or will be unreadable.
- details: chains, tires, filters, cutting rulers, disks, cords, driving-belts, shock dampers, details of starter group,stars, carbon brushes, net cables, pressure hoses, sparks, 
fuel filters, bearings that are not visible defects, also the durability of the details that depends on regular  technical maintenance of the instrument.
