Clean ejection channel / housing; the blade must rotate
freely.

ready been mown; correct the cutting height.
Loss of motor perform-

Too much grass in the

Blade blunt
Contact AL-KO Service Centre or authorized specialist
workshop and have the blade sharpened/replaced.
Grass collection box
