Products must be stored in dry, ventilated warehouses at a temperature not lower than -25° C.

Products are fried 

unevenly.

Some types of food must be shaken during 

cooking.

Shake the food after half the cooking time.

The finished product isn’t 

crispy.

The selected type of product is designed 

for cooking in conventional deep fryer. 

Use the product for deep-fried cooking or 

lightly oil the ingredients to get the crisp.

The cooking bowl is not 

installing in the device.

Too many products are placed on the grill 

inside the cooking bowl.

The number of products must not exceed the 

MAX mark.

White smoke comes out of 

the device.

Cooking foods are too greasy.

During cooking, excess fat/oil drains into the 

bowl.  Burning  oil  gives  off  white  smoke.  Do 

not use the device to cook too fatty foods or 

remove excess fat during cooking.

Fresh fries are fried 

unevenly.

Potato  slices  were  not  soaked  before  fry

ing.

Soak potato slices in water for 30 minutes and 

then dry them with a napkin and rub them with 

oil.

compliance  with  the  standards  of  this  country,  and 

also marked the with official marks of conformity.

2.  Warranty  obligations  OURSSON  AG  operate  within 

the law on protection of consumer rights and are 

regulated by the laws of the country in which they are 

provided,  and  only  when  the  product  is  used  exclu

sively  for  personal,  family  or  household  purposes. 

Warranty  obligations  OURSSON  AG  shall  not  apply 

to uses of goods for business purposes or in connec
