Introduction

Remote Control Functions

Most of your television's functions are available via the menus that appear on the 
screen. The remote control supplied with your set can be used to navigate through 
the menus and to configure all the general settings.

Source

Press to select a signal source.

(On/Off button) Turns the TV on or off.

0-9

(numeric buttons) Enters channel numbers.

Exit

Exits the menu system or teletext mode.

Scale

Selects the picture size: Standard, Full, 

, Wide Screen, Zoom,  

Expand,

 and Natural if available.

Subtitle

Original

Return

Returns to the previous channel in TV mode.

Info

Displays the status information.

Freeze

Freezes the picture.

(up, down, left and right direction buttons) Highlights different items 
in the menu system and adjusts the menu controls.

OK

Confirms your selection.

MUTE

) Reduces the TV's volume to its minimum level. Press again 

to restore the volume.

USB

Access the USB mode.

Sound

Toggles through the sound modes: User, Standard, News and Movie.

Picture

Toggles through the picture preset settings: User, Soft, Standard 
and Bright.

Menu

Brings up the menu system.

VOL +/-

Increases or decreases the TV's volume.

CH +/-

Scans up or down through the current channel list. For some models
with teletext function, The two buttons can be used to browse 
previous page or next page of teletext.

TV

Access the TV mode.

Text

Toggles through available MTS settings: Stereo, NICAM Mono, 
DUAL1, DUAL2, or Mono in TV mode.

MTS button

Colored buttons

Toggles between Text, Mix, PAT and TV mode.

Note:

 For some models, there is no teletext function, and this button 

is not supported.
