The red indicator is

Failure of left/
right wheel

The left/right wheel 
doesn’t rotate and is 
overloaded.

Please check if there are 
twisters on the left wheel of the 
device.

The red indicator is 
on and it makes two 
sounds.

Failure of side 
brush

The side brush gets 
stuck.

Please check if the side brush is 
twisted by foreign matter.

The red indicator is 
on and it makes three 
sounds.

Failure of main 
brush

The rolling brush 
gets stuck.

Please check if the middle 
brush is twisted by foreign 
matter.

The red indicator is 
on and it makes four 
sounds.

Failure due to 
front collision

The switch can’t be 
reset due to collision 
of top cover.

Please check if the collision 
buffering is normal and 
whether it is loose.

The red indicator is 
on and it makes five

Failure of front 
wheel

The front wheel gets 
stuck and can’t work.

Please check if the small front 
wheels are twisted.

The red indicator flicks 
and it makes one

Failure of 
ground 
inspection

The cliff inductor is

device is covered abnormally.

to the charging station for

Please have the machine return 
to the floor, but don’t suspend 
it in midair.

Please check if the blower

Please check if the transparency 
window is sheltered or 
disturbed by foreign matter.

dust box

The dust box isn’t 
installed in the 
cleaner.

Please install the dust box in 
the cleaner and start cleaning 
again.
