WARRANTY OBLIGATION 
Product:

 Electric household robotic vacuum cleaner

        Version PVCR 3300 IQ Home Aqua

This  warranty  shall  remain  valid  for  24  months  from  the  product  purchase  date  and  assumes  warranty 
service  of  the  product  in  case  of  revelation  of  any  defects  related  with  materials  or  operation.  This 
warranty is effective provided always observance of the following requirements: 

1.

Warranty  obligations  of  Manufacturer  cover  all  product  version  produced  under  the  POLARIS 
trademark,  and  purchased  from  authorized  vendors,  in  countries  where  the  warranty  service  is 
envisaged (irrespective of the purchase place). 

2.

The product must be used in strict compliance with Operation Manual and with observance the safety 

requirements and regulations. 
3.

This  warranty  is  not  applicable  to  defects  occurring  after  having  the  product  accepted   by  Customer, 

and arising from: 

-

Chemical,  mechanical,  or  another  action,  ingress  of  foreign  items,  liquids,  insects  and  their  waste 

products; 

-

Improper  operation  consisting  in  misuse  of  the  appliance,  and  in  installation  or  operation  of  the 

appliance with negligence of requirements of Operation Manual and Safety Code; 

-

Lime-scale deposition due to usage of water characterized by a high content of mineral substances. 

-

Misuse of the appliance; 

-

Routine operation and fatigue not affecting the performance features: mechanical damage to the outer 

or inner surface (dents, scratches, chafe), natural changes in the metal color including occurrence of color 
and dark stains, and rusting of metal at places either having the coating damaged or uncoated at all;  

-

Wear  of  finishing  materials,  lamps,  accumulators,  protective  shields,  trash  collectors,  belts,  brushes, 

and other components which lifespan is limited; 

-

Repair of the appliance by persons or companies unauthorized as relevant service centers*;  

-

Damage to the product during transportation, incorrect operation, and unapproved modification to the 

appliance design, or repair performed by user on their own. 
4.

Manufacture bears no warranty liability if the product lacks the nameplate, or if its content is illegible 

or distorted.  
5.

This warranty is only applicable to products used for various household needs, and is not applicable to 

products used for commercial, industrial, or professional purposes.

 Manufacturer is not liable for any potential harm directly or indirectly inflicted by a 

POLARIS product to human beings, pets, environment, or property provided that such an event is a 
result of violation of guidelines and requirements on operation and installation of the product, deliberate 
or inadvertent mishandling from the side of User or third parties.

service of POLARIS products, please contact a vendor being an authorized dealer of POLARIS.  
 

The manufacture date is specified in the nameplate located on the rear wall of the product.
