2. The connection

Make sure your phone reconnects to the WiFi 

network. To do this, open the WiFi settings 

section of the phone and, if necessary, 

manually connect to your WiFi network. 

3. The device was

unexpectedly stopped 

responding to 

commands from the 

application. 

Go to the device page and click on the 

asterisk in the upper right corner.  Next, in the 

Connection Diagnostics section, read the 

diagnostic diagram. Click on the exclamation 

mark next to the red section of the network 

and follow the instructions of the online 

assistant.

TRANSPORTATION 

Electrical appliances can be transported by any means of transport as per cargo carriage rules applicable 
to an involved means of transport. The device shall be transported in its original package.

The  method  of  transportation  of  appliances  shall  exclude  ingress  of  atmospheric  precipitations  and 
aggressive agents.

Do not discard the end-of-life appliance together with household waste. Return it 

to a special collection point for recycling. Thus, you will help to save the environment.

 As per WEEE 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment Directive, 
appliances shall be disposed separately from household wastes. A decommissioned 
appliance shall be sent to an official center for separate collection of wastes.
