Device doesn’t turn on

1.  The power cable is not connected to the 

network.

2.  There is no voltage in the power supply 

network.

3.  Low water pressure.
4.  The device’s door is not closed properly.

1.  Verify that the power cable is plugged in. 
2.  Disconnect the device from the power 

supply and wait for the voltage to normal-
ize.

3.  Check the connection to the water supply 

with the appropriate parameters. Make 
sure that the water supply is open.

Close the door firmly until it clicks.

Water does not drain from 
the dishwasher

1. 

The filter is clogged.

2. 

The program is not finished yet.

3.  The drain hose is kinked.

Clean the filter.

Noise

1.  The sprayer touches the dishes in the 

basket.

Foam in the dishwashing 
chamber

Wrong detergent

Use only special detergents. If foam devel-
ops, stop the program, open the dishwasher, 
wait until the foam settles. Close the door 
and start the rinse program.

The dishes have not dried

1.  Water is collected in the recesses of the 

dishes.

2.  Dishes removed too early, drying process 

not completed.

1.  Follow the recommendations for the 

proper placement of the dishes. Cups, 
plates, etc. position upside down.

2.  Wait until the program ends.

Plastic dishes did not dry

dishes have low heat-accumulating proper-
ties and dry slower.

Poor washing quality

1.  Utensils are placed incorrectly or too 

many of it.

2.  Incorrectly selected program.
3.  Not enough detergent. 
4.  The sprayer is blocked. 
5.  The detergent remains in the compart-

ment. The compartment is blocked by 
utensils.  

1.  Follow the recommendations for the 

proper placement of the utensils. Do not 
overload the dishwasher. 

2.  Select a more intensive wash program.
3.  Use more detergent or replace it with 

another one. 

4.  Place the dishes in such a way so that it 

does not interfere with the movement of 
the sprayer. 

5.  Correctly place the dishes.

In case of overflow or leakage, turn off the main 

water tap and contact a service center.  

•  If  there  is  water  in  the  tray  due  to  overflow  or  small 

leakage, remove water before restarting the dish-
washer.
