CAUTION: the safety precautions are part of the appliance. Read them
carefully before using your new appliance for the first time. Keep them
in a place where you can find and refer to them later on.
Before using your appliance for the first time, wash all accessories in soapy water. Rinse
and dry them carefully.
The perforated plate and cutter must remain greased. Coat them with cooking oil.
Do not switch on the appliance when it is empty or if the mincer plates are not greased.
Never push down into the tubes using your fingers or any utensil.
Do not operate your appliance for more than 14 min.
Prepare the entire quantity of food to be minced, remove any bones, gristle and tendons.
Cut the meat into cubes (approximately 2cm X 2cm).
Never push down into the tube using your fingers or any utensil.
Tip:
At the end of the operation, you can feed a few pieces of bread into the feed tube
to clear any meat remaining in the machine.
