WARRANTY AND CE DECLARATION

We will resolve any material or manufacturing faults on the machine during the legal warranty period for

claims relating to faults in accordance with our choice of either repair or replacement. The legal warranty

period is determined by the legislation of the country in which the machine was purchased.
Our warranty and the Declaration of Conformity (CE mark) only apply if:

The machine is handled and used in accordance with its designated use.
The instructions for use have been complied with.
Genuine spare parts have been used.

The warranty and the Declaration of Conformity (CE mark) are invalidated if:

Someone has attempted to repair the machine without authorisation.
Someone has modified the machine without authorisation.
The machine is used in a manner not in accordance with its designated use.
The machine is used for commercial or municipal purposes.

The warranty excludes:

Paint damage that can be attributed to normal wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear, and parts identified with an outline on the spare parts card.

In the event of a warranty claim, please take this warranty declaration and your proof of purchase and

contact your dealer or the nearest authorised customer service centre.
This warranty promise does not affect your statutory rights.
Internal combustion engines – These are covered by the separate warranty provisions of the correspon-

ding engine manufacturers.
