USING THE APPLIANCE
In this type of oven it is possible to navigate the menus
with the knobs and the touch control.
The left knob allows you to navigate and select items in
the left half of the screen, while the right knob allows
you to navigate and select items in the right half of the
screen.

pressed for about 3'', the oven

Each time it is switched on, the screen shown below will
appear on the display, from here by turning the left knob
it will be possible to access the menu of the functions
explained in the following chapters.
The screens below illustrate the use of the oven main
functions.
With this oven it is possible to cook:

manually
- setting the desired temperature, duration
and type of cooking (see page 20)
•
automatically
- using the recipes already present

In both cases it is possible to program when to start
cooking or when you want the dish ready to be served.
In manual cooking it is also possible to program the start
of cooking when the set temperature is reached in the
chamber.
