Temporary connection of the results

Pay  attention  to  the  fact  that  all  results  of  cal-
culations  and  simple  weight  measurements  will 
be  relevant  only  at  longtime  comparison  of  the 
results. Short-term changes of the weight within 
several days are, as a rule, the result of trivial loss 
of liquid in your body tissues.
Evaluation of the results is given based on chang-
es  of  total  weight,  fat  and  water  percentage  in 
body  tissues  and  depends  on  the  duration  of  the 
period within which the changes have taken place.
Short-term  changes  of  the  indications  during  a 
day can be significantly different from the chang-
es that took place during a week or a month.
As  a  rule,  short-time  changes  of  indications  are 
connected  with  percentage  of  liquid  in  body 
tissues,  and  medium-  and  long-term  changes 
are  caused  by  changes  of  fat  percentage  and 
muscle mass.

Thus,  short-time  weight  loss  and  simulta-
neous  growth  or  constant  fat  percentage  in 
body  tissues  may  be  caused  by  decrease  of 
the  amount  of  liquid  as  the  result  of  physical 
exercises, visiting sauna or quick weight loss.

Medium-term  increase  of  weight,  decrease 
of  the  amount  of  fat  or  constant  fat  per-
centage  in  body  tissues  may  be  caused  by 
increase of muscle mass.

– 

If you observe simultaneous decrease of total 
weight and fat percentage, it means that your 
diet works, i.e. you lose the fat percentage in 
your body tissues.

– 

The best results are achieved if you combine 
diet  with  physical  exercises.  In  this  case  you 
can  observe  the  medium-term  increase  of 
muscle mass in body tissues. 

CLEANING AND CARE

– 

Clean  the  scale  with  a  soft,  slightly  damp 
cloth, and then wipe it dry.

Never use abrasives or solvents.

– 

Never  immerse  the  scale  into  water  or  other 
liquids.

– 

Keep  the  scale  away  from  children  in  a  dry 
cool place.
