The appliances are provided with a three-pole feeding cable and work with alternate current 

and voltage indicated on the “rating plate of the product“ report at the end of the instruction 

manual and on the product. The grounding conductor of the cable is marked with the colors 

yellow/green.

Connect the feeding cable to a plug suitable for the load indicated on the rating plate of the 

product.

Before connecting to the mains, make sure that:
•  The  electrical  counter,  the  safety  valve,  the  feeding  line  and 

the  socket  are  adequate  to  withstand  the  maximum  load 

required (see rating plate).

•  The  supply  system  is  regularly  grounded,  according  to  the 

regulations in force.

•  The socket or the unipolar switch can easily be reached after 

the installation.

•  After connecting to the mains, make sure that the supply cable 

does not come into contact with the heated parts.

•  Never  use  reductions,  shunts,  adaptors  that  can  cause 

overheating or burning.

 WARNING: Do not use the same socket-outlet with other big power appliance.

The manufacturer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by faulty installation 

or connection. It is therefore necessary that qualified personnel complying with the local and 

general regulations in force carry out all installation and connection operations.

 ATTENTION! BEFORE SERVICING THE PRODUCT, TURN OFF ELECTRICAL POWER

 WARNING: The appliance is very hot and becomes hot during operation! Do not to 

touch the heating elements!

 For lower gas consumption and a better yield, use saucepans with diameter suitable for the 

burners, avoiding the flame coming up round the side of the saucepan (see the table below). 

Use only flat-bottomed pans.
