FUNCTIONALINSTRUCTION 

CAUTION: 

•

Always  be  sure  that  the  tool  is  switched  off  and  thebattery  cartridge  is

removed before adjusting orchecking function on the tool.



Installing or removing the battery

•

Always switch off the tool before insertion or removal ofthe battery cartridge.

•

To remove the battery cartridge, slide it from the toolwhile pressing the release

button on the front side of the battery cartridge.

•

To insert the battery cartridge, Slide the battery pack onto the guide slots up to

the  stop  until  the  release  tab  latchinto  place.  Always  insert  it  all  the  way  until  it
locks inplace with a click. If not, it may accidentally slide outof the tool, which can
cause personnel injury.

•

Do not use force when installing the battery cartridge. Ifthe cartridge does not

slide in easily, it is not beinginstalledproperly.



Charging the battery

1.Plug the battery charger into proper

AC  powersource.  The  charging
light will lit on in green color.

2. Slide  the  battery  pack  onto  the

guide slots up to the stop.

3. When  the  battery  cartridge  is

inserted,  the  LEDcolor  will  change
from  greento  red  and  charging
willbegin.  The  LED  will  remain  lit
steadily duringcharging.

4. When  the  LED  color  changes  from

red togreen, charging iscomplete.

5 After charging, remove battery and unplug the charger from powersource.
