2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANGLE GRINDERS

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This angle grinder has been designed for industrial grinding and cutting applications. 
Please refer to Figure 1 to familiarize yourself with the major

NSTALL THE GRINDING WHEEL (Fig. 2)

1. 

 Depress and hold the spindle lock (2)

.

2.

Remove the outer flange (9) with a spanner (10) in the direction of anticlockwise.

3. 

 Place the grinding wheel (8) over the spindle with the depressed center against

    the inner flange (7)

.

4. 

 Press the spindle lock (2) again, insert the outer flange (9) and securely tighten

    with a spanner (10), but don’t overtighten it.
Allow the angle grinder to run in idle for least a minute with the grinding  or cutting
disc correctly assembled, vibration disc should be immediately replaced.

INSTALL THE SIDE HANDLE

Insert the side handle on either side of the angle grinder by turning it clockwise
depending on the operator’s preference.

ROTATE REAR HANDLE ( except SA150) (Fig.3)

- Push in the button (11).
- The rear handle can now be turned 90° to both sides and can be engaged.

Always  unplug the tool before assembly and adjustment.

TO INSTALLATION GUARD:

Open guard release/lock latch, and position guard on spindle neck so that the two
bumps on guard, line up with the two notches on the spindle neck. Rotate guard
either direction to desired position, and close latch ti secure guard in place.

WARNING!

The product is equipped with a protective casing, 

designed for

grinding discs.

For work cutting disc must purchase 

and install the product on a

special closed

prohibited! Before starting work, check the reliability of fixing guard.

The position of the guard can be adjusted to accommodate the operation being 
performed. 

To attach wheel guard DISCONNECT tool from power source.

TO REMOVE GUARD: 

Open guard release/lock latch, rotate guard until the two bumps on guard line up 
with the two notches on the spindle neck, and lift guard off the spindle neck.
