IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ
• For efficient operation it is essential that all the airways and filters are
cleaned regularly and that the dust container is emptied before it is full
and after every use of the appliance. Failure to do this will restrict the
airflow and result in poor cleaner performance.
• Damage caused by failure to empty the dust container and to clean the
filters and airways as specified in these instructions will not be covered
by the warranty.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF THERMOSTAT
• There is a safety thermostat inside the cleaner to prevent the unit from
being run with too high a vacuum rate. If the airways or filters get
clogged the pressure in the cleaner will be excessive and the thermostat
will activate. The cleaner then will stop working to protect the motor
from overheating.
• If this happens switch off and unplug the cleaner immediately.
• Allow the motor to cool down for one hour and clean the airways and
filters thoroughly. Plug the cleaner in again and switch on: the cleaner
should now operate normally.
