IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always follow basic technical safety and precau-
tionary measures when using electrical appli-
ances.
Safety guide
- Please read these instructions carefully before
using your vacuum cleaner and save them for
future reference.
- Unpack the vacuum cleaner completely and
verify that it is not damaged. The product
is guaranteed against any factory defect or
damage as a result of transportation.
- Before first turning on your vacuum cleaner,
make sure that the supply voltage matches the
operational voltage of the vacuum cleaner.
- Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended
while it is turned on or connected to power.
Always disconnect the power cord from the
outlet when the vacuum cleaner is not in use
or before servicing.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use
the vacuum cleaner outdoors or on wet sur-
faces.
- Do not touch the power plug of vacuum clean-
er body with wet hands.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner in rooms where
flammable liquids, like gasoline and solvents,
are stored.
- Do not attempt to us the vacuum cleaner to
clean up water, hot or smoking cigarettes,
matches, burning ash, thinly-spread dust, like
that from carpentry, cement, flour or ashes,
and also sharp or cutting objects – this can
lead to serious damage to the electric motor.
Remember, that these things are not covered
by the guarantee.
- Use and store your vacuum cleaner away from
heat sources.
- Do not allow children to use the vacuum clean-
er as a toy. Be especially attentive if children
or handicapped persons are nearby while the
vacuum cleaner is in use.
- Check the power cord regularly. Do not use
the device if defects are discovered in the de-
vice or its power cord.
- Refer to an authorized service center for re-
pair or cord replacement.
- Do not use the power cord as a handles for the
vacuum cleaner; do not close the door if the
power cord is in the doorway, and also avoid
letting the power cord come into contact with
sharp edges and corners. Do not run over the
power cord with the vacuum cleaner while it is
in use – this can damage it. Keep the power
cord away from heat sources.
- Only turn on the vacuum cleaner when the fil-
ters are installed in the dust bin and the con-
tainer itself in correctly installed.
- For optimal results, only use accessories that
came with the vacuum cleaner.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for dam-
age resulting from improper use of the device.
