Connecting the nozzle and accessories

 1 

 To connect the nozzle or an accessory to the tube, press the spring-loaded lock button (1) 

on the tube and insert the tube into the loor nozzle (2). Fit the spring-loaded lock button 

into the opening in the nozzle (‘click’) (Fig. 8).

Note: You can also connect the nozzle or accessories directly to the handgrip in the same way.

 To disconnect the nozzle or an accessory from the tube, press the spring-loaded lock button 

and pull the nozzle out of the tube.

TriActive nozzle 

The TriActive nozzle is a multi-purpose nozzle for carpets and hard loors.

-

The side brushes catch more dust and dir t at the sides of the nozzle and allow you to clean 
better along furniture and other obstacles (Fig. 9).

The opening at the front of the nozzle allows you to suck up larger par ticles (Fig. 10).

 To clean hard loors, push the rocker switch on top of the nozzle with your foot (Fig. 11).

The brush strip for cleaning hard loors comes out of the housing. At the same time, the 

wheel is lifted to prevent scratching and to increase manoeuvrability.

 To clean carpets, push the rocker switch again (Fig. 12).

The brush strip disappears into the nozzle housing and the wheel is lowered automatically.

Crevice nozzle and small nozzle

 1 

 Connect the crevice nozzle (1) or the small nozzle (2) directly to the handgrip or to the 

tube (Fig. 13).

Accessory holder 

 1 

 Snap the accessory holder onto the handgrip (Fig. 14).

 2 

 Snap the crevice nozzle and small nozzle into the accessory holder.  (Fig. 15)

Mini turbo brush (FC8952 only)

The mini turbo brush has been specially designed to effectively pick up animal hairs and luff from 

furniture and mattresses. The unique brush inside the mini turbo brush loosens the hairs from the 
fabric so that they can be picked up by the vacuum cleaner. The mini turbo brush can be attached to 
the handgrip of the hose or to the telescopic tube with the coupling piece supplied.

 Attach the coupling piece to the mini turbo brush.

 Attach the mini turbo brush (see section ‘Connecting the nozzle and accessories’). 

Using the appliance

Note: You can carry the vacuum cleaner by the handle on top of the appliance (Fig. 16).

 Press the release button (1) to remove the hose (2).  (Fig. 5)

 2 

 Open the cover (Fig. 17).

 3 

 Grap the handle of the air ilter and lift the lid off the dust bucket (Fig. 18).

  4 

 Lift the dust bucket out of the appliance by its handle.  (Fig. 19)

  5 

 Fill the dust bucket with water up to the MAX indication.  (Fig. 20)
