Provide that no water or detergent gets into the
air and steam openings of the unit.

Keep the heating elements clean; remove the
dirt with a damp cloth.

Regularly clean the ventilation openings on the
unit body from dust and dirt, to clean the venti-
lation openings of the unit use a vacuum cleaner
with a corresponding attachment.

Wash the grid (9), the baking sheet (10), the
skewer (12) and the handles (11 and 13) in warm
water with neutral detergent.

Clean the unit before taking it away for storage.
