8. When the preparation process is completed, the tim-

9. Carefully open the door and take out prepared prod-
uct with the help of potholders or a special handle for

Using the Spit,

1. Take the spit and remove one clamp from it .
2. Impale beforehand prepared meat or poultry onto the
center of the spit and tighten the clamp on both sides.
All the parts of the meat or poultry must be clamped,
nothing should hang or dangle.
3. Turn on the timer
for 10 minutes in the

4. Install the spit into the slots, sharp end into the right
socket, left end onto a special square support .
5. On the lower level, place a pan, so that the juice from
the meat/poultry dripped into it.
6. Set the required temperature with the regulator.

8. Turn on the timer

9. When the preparation process is completed, the timer
(device) turns off automatically, you will hear a sound

raise the spit from the left slot and pull, then remove
the spit from the right socket. Take off the meat or poul-
try from the spit and put it on a cutting board or platter.
